Warranty Claims Instructions
1. All claims must include model and serial number of unit.
2. All parts must be returned to the distributor.
3. All claims must be submitted for processing within 90 days of failure or the claim will be denied.
4. If no installation date on file, 90 days will be added to the ship date and assumed.
5. Replacement time for all refrigeration and evaporator components includes time to replace the drier.
6. Replacement of individual components in the Harvest Assist Assembly are to be billed at one hour.
7. Refrigerant recovery fees: Remotes – $25.00, Air/Water – $15.00
8. Miscellaneous charge of $15 allowed on refrigerant repairs only.
WARRANTY MAY BE VOID IF INSTALLATION IS NOT CARRIED OUT BY AND ICE-O-MATIC APPROVED SERVICE TECHNICIAN, OR IF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE IS NOT CARRIED OUT AS PER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH THE MACHINE.
