Ice And Oven Technologies specialises in all forms of ice – both solid and liquid - and also Accelerated Cooking Oven technology using Microwave, Impinged Air, Convection, and Advanced Induction Technology.

The main uses of the ice equipment and systems marketed, sold, and maintained are for normal hospitality uses – bars, hotels, clubs etc, and also for fishing and Thermal Energy Storage (TES).
The later use is a potential high growth area as it facilitates the “load shifting” that reduces power costs (moves operation to off-peak power rates) and also helps to smooth the demand curve for power generation, hereby improving efficiency and assisting companies with improving their Carbon Footprint.
HIGH SPEED COOKING TECHNOLOGY
The cooking equipment that is offered is strongly biased towards cost reduction – both labour and materials.
The products sold provide high speed cooking whilst reducing labour input and wastage.
This comes under the heading of ACT (Accelerated Cooking Technology).
The aim is to “cook – on – demand” rather than cook and hold as is currently the most common method of preparing food.
The systems remove the need for deep fryers and extraction hoods and provide a healthy product from semi-automated kitchens.
The equipment foot-print is reduced and through using this ACT Technology, energy savings are able to be consistently enjoyed.
